Dr. Silva graduated from University of California, San Francisco, one of the top dental schools in the nation. Dr. Silva was an Eagle Scout and spent many years hiking most Sierra Nevada trails, camping and skiing. He was on the winning 1987 First Place, Pacific Cup Race sailboat "Sweet Okole" that sailed all the way to Hawaii in 11 days! During this race Doc had to perform dentistry on the high seas when a crew mate fell and slammed face first onto a wench fracturing his jaw. Dr. Silva has been refining his practice for over 20 years. Dr. Silva's practice is located directly across the street from the new Sonora Regional Medical Center on Greenley Rd. Dr. Silva enjoys learning new dental techniques and takes many continuing clinical educational courses, ensuring that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care. He enjoys living in Tuolumne County and participating in our community. He is very compassionate and capable of taking great care of you and all your family's dental health needs. Our office is relaxing, comfortable and we enjoy patients of all ages from toddler to seniors. We offer xbox, Dishnetwork TV and movies.
